Delicious Enlightenment
Had Coffee with my brother John, and in a couple of minutes we summarized what my concept of the Delicious Onion restaurant was about. It Boiled down to two words, Delicious Enlightenment. He then proceeded to give me feedback on how lousy the blog was and how it can be improved. Therefore after this post you will see some changes being made to this little space on the worldwide web.

Hi to all… welcome to the delicious onion Blog which like the restaurant is still under construction. this idea of starting up a small eatery in bali was conceived not more than 6 weeks ago and has taken on a life of its own…testimony to when you’re in the flow everthing goes…its been a real pleasure setting this business and our new lives up..check back on us for updates on the progress of our Chicken Rice Shop in Seminyak, Bali..
